Faculty and Students from De La Salle University, the Philippines Visit TUFS

On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, twelve students from De La Salle University in the Philippines, a partner university and TP-Bridge affiliate institution, visited TUFS as part of a training program supported by the Kamenori Foundation. They were accompanied by two foundation staff members and led by Assistant Professorial Lecturer Bernadette Hieida.
Hosted by Specially Appointed Lecturer PALMA GIL from the TUFS Filipino Language Major, the group engaged in classroom exchanges with students before sharing lunch at the university cafeteria. In the afternoon, they observed rehearsals for a Filipino language play scheduled for presentation at the TUFS GAIGOSAI Festival, followed by a TP-Bridge program information session. The subsequent meeting with President Haruna featured numerous questions, making it a highly productive exchange opportunity.
